This is Mac OS X Leopard for iPod Touch/iPhone. It is a Winterboard theme, and it's available for download from Cydia as well as here.
Here's how to install it from here!
You'll need:
An SSH Client
A Jailbroken iPod Touch/iPhone
Winterboard
1. Download.
2. Open your SSH client.
3. Login to your iPod/iPhone
4. Go to /var/stash/themes.xxxxxx . xxxxxx is a collection of Random numbers and letters. Find the one with your winterboard themes there.
5. Extract the file you downloaded, and put it in the themes folder.
6. Start Winterboard, Apply the Theme, and exit!
7. DONE
This is still a work in progress, and will only get better all the time!
